As a Boca Grande Maternity Photographer, I get the opportunity to shoot so many dreamy beach sessions.  They just keep getting better and better. I feel like I fall in love all over again with each new sunset that I get to see kiss the ocean and turn into twilight.

Christina and Seth’s Boca Grande Beach Maternity Session was nothing short of perfect.  I had never met these two before our session, and when they stepped out of their vehicle, dressed to the nine, I knew their session was going to be a dream.  She was absolutely glowing at approximately thirty-six weeks pregnant.  She wore a beautiful long, creme colored gown by Pink Blush Maternity and her husband was perfectly coordinated with the subtle colors of the ocean and sand; which complimented her so well.  They were so sweet together and I couldn’t be more excited for them to welcome their first child into the world in just a few short weeks.

I can’t wait to meet her and capture some of their moments together as new parents when she arrives and they bring her home!

As a Boca Grande Maternity Photographer; I have some favourite spots on the island that I love to shoot photos at.  Boca Grande truly is a hidden gem and gives up some of the most gorgeous sunsets, pristine, aqua-blue waters, and beautiful, exotic banyan tree scapes. Southwest Florida never disappoints.

As we stepped onto the beach, the breeze picked up quite a bit and I knew we would catch some beautiful shots with her dress and hair blowing in the wind.  The day was a dream for their maternity photo session.  It was slightly cloudy, breezy and the perfect temperature…

At this Boca Grande Maternity session, I decided to shoot some film and some digital photos.  The more I shoot film, the more in love I am with it.  Can you tell which photos are film below?
