More than a year ago I met Traci and not long after her husband and two kiddos at the time, Peyton and Chase. They were wild and full of so much energy and I sure had my hands full. Keeping them still for even just a moment was nearly impossible. But I wouldn’t change anything about that session. So full of life and energy, reminded me to take life on without holding back, with carefree energy. What I loved most is that they were real. Hands down, kids are fun, but they don’t always love having their photo taken.
Fast forward to today, they have a new little sister Miss Emily Carter, who is six months old! She’s the sweetest-little-petite thing, and is almost sitting up by herself. Needless to say, she is the easiest one to photograph because she’s not mobile yet! Boy will I be in for it then if she’s anything like her siblings! She was full of tiny little smiles and in complete awe of her first sunset. Boca Gorgeous, as I like to call it, gives up one of the most stunning sunsets on this coast.
As the sun slowly faded below the horizon, I continued to capture the endless twirls by Peyton, and sprints by Chase as they were completely enthralled by the waves crashing ashore. I feel blessed to be able to capture these fleeting moments of this sweet family as their children quickly grow.
